Common questions

Does this replace my current diet app?+

Yes. ProgramGrid includes a 200,000-food database with barcode scanning, meal plan builder, and adaptive calorie targets that respond to your client's weight trend. Most coaches drop their separate nutrition app within a week.

How is this different from spreadsheet templates?+

Training blocks are real, structured data, not formulas in cells. Block summary calculates volume per muscle group automatically. Block review compares planned to actual without you copy-pasting numbers. Clients log on phones and the data flows back to you.

Can clients install it as a phone app?+

Yes. ProgramGrid works as a Progressive Web App on iOS and Android. Clients tap 'Add to Home Screen' and it launches like a native app. No App Store approval delays.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

You can export everything as CSV any time. We don't lock you in.

Which plan should I pick?+

If you're self-coached and just running your own training and diet, Individual covers everything: the program builder, dashboard, diet engine, injury tracking, and all the lift / RPE / plate tools. If you coach a smaller roster, Studio 10 adds client management for up to 10 clients. If you've outgrown that, Studio 50 raises the cap to 50 clients with priority support.

Do my clients pay anything?+

No. Client accounts are included in the Studio tiers at no extra per-seat cost.
